Delaware corporate
& commercial litigation.
The Williford Firm LLC represents plaintiffs and defendants in business disputes — often before the Delaware Court of Chancery and on appeal to the Delaware Supreme Court — with the rigor of a national practice and the attentiveness of a boutique.
The Firm
A practice built for the Chancery bar.
Mr. Williford has litigated alongside and against the top lawyers and law firms in Delaware and nationally. He has participated in matters involving substantial economic stakes — running into the billions of dollars — and matters of national legal interest.
The firm has also litigated disputes involving small and family businesses; while these may not have the same economic stakes, they are equally — if not more — important to those involved, and the firm provides attentive, high-quality representation in those matters as well.
The firm's mission, quite simply, is to provide its clients with the very best in quality, creative legal representation and advice on Delaware business law matters.
